Ahchyam Express Limited Company maintains cargo insurance as required by federal regulations. Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the terms of our insurance policy and applicable federal regulations.
5. Prohibited Items
We reserve the right to refuse transportation of hazardous materials, illegal substances, or any items prohibited by federal or state law. Customers are responsible for accurate declaration of shipment contents.
6. Claims
Claims for lost or damaged freight must be submitted in writing within 9 months of the delivery date. All claims will be processed in accordance with federal regulations and our insurance policy terms.
